Everyone say hello to Mickey! Mickey was found as a stray and taking in by a good Samaritan who contacted The Fort. He was brought straight to the vet, where he tested heartworm positive. He was also loaded with intestinal parasites. Luckily, Mickey did very well through his heartworm treatment and is now available for adoption! Mickey does well with most dogs, but he seems a little "too" interested in the household cats. He is a sweet, sweet boy and we adore him. It was apparent that he had never been in a house before, but he has adjusted very well and is now perfect in his crate! He is a very good-natured boy and will make a wonderful family member for someone. Mickey is up-to-date on all vaccines, has been neutered, dewormed and treated for heartworms.
